Health Guarantee
Our animals are healthy at the time of sale. Once they leave our facility, we are not held liable for any physical harm, illness, accidents, or genetic issues of any kind.
We are not liable for any loss of your rabbit during transport unless it is proven that the cause was due to our handling or responsibility. In such cases, we will provide a replacement rabbit at equal or similar value.
Non Refundable
To reserve a bunny, full payment including shipping is due. No refunds will be given unless an ailment/death occurs while under our care. If transportation needs to be arranged slightly later, a 50% deposit is required to reserve the rabbit, with the remaining 50% due once transportation is arranged.
If transportation is not arranged within two (2) weeks of the scheduled pickup date, a boarding fee of $5 per day will be charged starting from the pickup date unless there is special circumstances has been discussed.
All payments are non-refundable. Be sure you are ready and committed to welcome your bunny into your family! You cannot switch reservations to a different bunny once you reserve.
Bunny Development & Appearance
A young bunny’s appearance may change as it grows and develops. Changes in coat color, fur texture, body shape, size, ear position, and other physical characteristics are a normal part of growth and development. Netherland Dwarf bunnies may also go through an “awkward growth stage” during development, during which their body proportions, head shape, fur, or overall appearance may temporarily look less refined or different from their earlier baby appearance. This is a normal part of the breed’s growth and development, and the bunny’s adult appearance may develop gradually over time. Thus the bunny’s appearance at the time of pickup or transportation may differ from photos or videos previously provided. The bunny received by the Buyer will be the same bunny selected and reserved by the Buyer.
Reservation Cancellation
CBA Rabbitry reserves the right to cancel a bunny reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to health concerns or determining that the bunny is not the best fit for the prospective pet family. In such cases, all reservation payments made for the bunny will be fully refunded.
Breeding Restriction Policy ❗
To protect animal welfare, pedigree integrity, and the reputation of our rabbitry, all rabbits purchased from this rabbitry are sold strictly as companion pets only. Breeding is strictly prohibited without the prior written authorization from rabbitry. Any violation of this policy shall constitute a material breach of contract and rabbitry will demand the payment of liquidated damages in the amount of USD $X000, which both parties acknowledge as a reasonable estimate of damages and not a penalty. If you are interested in breed our rabbit please purchase and obtain the authorization from us.
Payment
By proceeding with payment via Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal, the buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all of the above sales policies.
